We kindly request that all necessary forms and documentation be completed prior to the commencement of your classes. These forms are essential for us to provide you with the best possible service and to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.

Perfect Paws Behaviour Solutions provides mentoring to behaviour and training students and therefore it is possible that a student may observe and assist in some of the classes. Required
Do you consent to possible photos and videos of you and/or your dog to be obtained during the course? This footage may be posted on our website and/or social media accounts. Required
Missed lessons are non-refundable, and makeup lessons cannot be accommodated. If you need to discontinue the entire program, you must do so in writing at least 72 hours before the first lesson. We cannot issue refunds for cancellations made within 72 hours of the first lesson. Required
In the unlikely event that my dog is deemed dangerous or unsuitable for group training, Perfect Paws Behaviour Solutions reserves the right to remove my dog from group training classes and recommend a more suitable one-on-one training and behaviour program. In such cases, the fees already paid for group training will be transferred to private training. If you do not wish to engage in further training with us, a partial refund will be offered, minus the cost of the individual classes already attended and an administration fee of $50. Required
